Asanimportantformofpromotingeconomicdevelopment,foreigndirectinvestment(FDI)hasbeenwidelyusedworldwide.Inparticular,FDIhasplayedanimportantroleintherapiddevelopmentoftheChineseeconomyoverthepastfewdecades.ThispapertakestheChineseelectronicsandcommunicationsequipmentmanufacturingindustryastheresearchobject,andexploresthetechnologyspillovereffectofFDIthroughempiricalanalysis.
