Abstract:
Thedevelopmentofadvancedcontrolsystemsforcomplexengineeringapplicationsrequiresaccuratecalibrationofthecontrolparameters.TheControllerCalibrationProtocol(CCP)providesastandardizedcommunicationprotocolforexchangingcalibrationdatabetweenacalibrationtoolandacontrolunit.ThispaperpresentstheresearchanddevelopmentofacontrollercalibrationsystembasedontheCCPprotocol.
Introduction:
Inrecentyears,thecomplexityofcontrolsystemsinvariousindustries,suchasautomotive,aerospace,andmanufacturing,hassignificantlyincreased.Thesecontrolsystemsoftenrequireprecisecalibrationtoachieveoptimalperformance.TheControllerCalibrationProtocol(CCP)hasemergedasastandardizedandwidelyacceptedprotocolforcalibrationpurposes.
ThemainobjectiveofthisresearchistodevelopacontrollercalibrationsystemthatintegratestheCCPprotocol.Thissystemwillfacilitatethecalibrationprocessandimprovetheefficiencyandaccuracyofcontrolsystemtuning.Theproposedsystemwillprovideauser-friendlyinterfacefortechnicianstocalibratethecontrolparametersandexchangecalibrationdatawiththecontrolunit.
CCPProtocolOverview:
