Introduction: Antarctickrillisaspeciesofshrimp-likecrustaceanthatthrivesinthecoldwatersnearAntarctica.Itisarichsourceofprotein,lipids,andotherbeneficialcompounds,includingpeptideswithvariousbioactivities.Inrecentyears,researchonthepotentialhealthbenefitsofAntarctickrillpeptideshasgainedsignificantattention.
