基于神经网络有限时间观测器的激光混沌系统同步控制研究 Abstract Inrecentyears,thesynchronizationcontrolofchaoticsystemshasbeenwidelystudiedduetoitsimportantapplicationsinsecurecommunicationandcryptography.Thispaperproposesasynchronizationcontrolmethodforalaserchaoticsystembasedonaneuralnetworkfinite-timeobserver.Thechaoticsystemisrepresentedbyasetofordinarydifferentialequations,andaneuralnetworkistrainedtoestimatethestatesofthechaoticsystem.Byintroducingacontrollawderivedfromtheobserver,thestatesoftheslavesystemcanbedriventosynchronizewiththemastersysteminfinitetime.Simulationresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandrobustnessoftheproposedmethod. Introduction Chaoticsystemshavecomplex,unpredictablebehaviorsthatmaketheminterestingsubjectsofstudy.Inrecentyears,researchershavefocusedonthesynchronizationcontrolofchaoticsystems,whichhasimportantapplicationsinsecurecommunication,cryptography,andotherareas.Oneofthemostwidelystudiedchaoticsystemsisthelaserchaoticsystem,whichisanon-linear,dynamicsystemwithcomplexattractorsandsensitivedependenceoninitialconditions. Varioussynchronizationcontrolmethodshavebeenproposedforlaserchaoticsystems,includinglinearfeedbackcontrol,adaptivecontrol,andslidingmodecontrol.However,thesemethodshavelimitationsintermsofrobustnessandconvergenceperformance.Inthispaper,weproposeanewsynchronizationcontrolmethodbasedonaneuralnetworkfinite-timeobserverforlaserchaoticsystems. Methodology Weconsideramaster-slaveconfigurationofalaserchaoticsystemrepresentedbythefollowingordinarydifferentialequation: dx/dt=y dy/dt=-ax-by-z+F dz/dt=xy wherea,b,andFdenotethesystemparameters.Inthisconfiguration,themastersystemisconsideredtobethereferencesystem,andtheslavesystemisthesystemtobecontrolled.Theobjectiveistodesignacontrollawthatcandrivetheslavesystemtosynchronizewiththemastersysteminfinitetime.
