管内R32流动冷凝换热特性的研究 Title:InvestigationofFlowingCondensationHeatTransferCharacteristicsofR32inTubes Abstract: ThepresentstudyaimstoinvestigatetheflowcondensationheattransfercharacteristicsofR32,awidelyusedrefrigerant,intubes.Theheattransferperformanceduringcondensationisofgreatsignificanceinvariousheattransferapplicationssuchasrefrigeration,airconditioning,andheatexchangers.Inthisstudy,theexperimentalsetupisdesignedtosimulatethepracticaloperatingconditionsandasystematicexperimentalinvestigationisconductedtoobtaindataontheheattransfercoefficientsandpressuredropduringR32condensation.Theresultsobtainedfromthisstudywillcontributetoabetterunderstandingoftheheattransfermechanismsduringcondensationandenhancethedesignandoptimizationofheatexchangers. Introduction: Flowingcondensationheattransferisacommonphenomenonencounteredinvariousindustrialandresidentialapplications,suchasrefrigeration,airconditioning,andheatexchangers.Heattransferduringcondensationisacomplexprocessthatdependsonvariousfactorssuchasfluidproperties,flowconditions,andgeometricalparameters.Therefore,itisessentialtostudythecondensationcharacteristicsofdifferentrefrigerantstoimprovethedesignandperformanceofheattransferequipment. R32isahydrofluorocarbon(HFC)refrigerantwithlowglobalwarmingpotential(GWP)andisconsideredasapotentialreplacementforhigh-GWPrefrigerantssuchasR22andR410A.However,thecondensationcharacteristicsofR32inflowingconditionsarestillnotfullyunderstood.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheflowcondensationheattransfercharacteristicsofR32toprovidevaluableinsightsintoitsbehaviorandpromoteitsapplicationinheattransferequipment. ExperimentalSetup: Theexperimentalsetupconsistsofaverticaltestsectionwithasmoothcoppertube.R32ispassedthroughthetestsection,andtheheattransferoccursthroughcondensation.Theheattransfercoefficientandpressuredroparemeasuredatdifferentoperatingconditions.Thetestsectionisinsulatedtominimizeheatlosses,andtheoperatingparameterssuchasmassflowrate,saturationtemperature,andtubediameterareva
