Abstract:
Tungstenisarareandvaluablemetalwidelyusedinvariousindustriesduetoitsexcellentproperties.Theseparationoftracetungstenfrommolybdatesolutionsisofgreatsignificanceformaximizingtheproductionandutilizationofthisimportantresource.Thispaperaimstosummarizetheresearchprogressontheseparationmethodsandtechnologiesoftracetungstenfrommolybdatesolutions.Thepaperdiscussesvariousseparationtechniques,includingsolventextraction,ionexchange,precipitation,andadsorption.Additionally,thechallengesandfutureperspectivesoftheseseparationmethodsarealsoaddressed.
1.Introduction:
Tungstenandmolybdenumarecommonlyfoundtogetherinnatureandareoftenprocessedasby-productsduringtheextractionofoneanother.Tungstenistypicallypresentinmolybdatesolutionsintraceamounts,makingitsseparationatechnicalchallenge.Efficientandselectiveseparationmethodsarerequiredtorecoverthisvaluablemetal.Theresearchprogressontheseparationoftracetungstenfrommolybdatesolutionsisreviewedinthispaper.
2.SolventExtraction:
