十二烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵的微波合成及性能研究 Title:MicrowaveSynthesisandPerformanceStudyofDodecylMethylHydroxyethylAmmoniumBromide Abstract: Dodecylmethylhydroxyethylammoniumbromide(DMAHB)isanimportantquaternaryammoniumsurfactantwithvariousapplicationsinindustriesandresearchfields.Inthisstudy,amicrowave-assistedsynthesismethodforDMAHBwasdevelopedanditsperformancewasstudiedindetail.Thesynthesisrouteinvolvesthereactionofdodecylbromidewithmethylhydroxyethylamineundermicrowaveirradiation.Theeffectsofreactionconditions,suchasreactiontime,temperature,solvent,andconcentration,onthesynthesisofDMAHBweresystematicallyinvestigated.TheperformanceofDMAHBproducts,includingsurfaceactivity,antimicrobialactivity,stability,andenvironmentalimpact,wasalsoevaluated.Theresultsdemonstratethatmicrowavesynthesisoffersseveraladvantagesoverconventionalmethods,includingshorterreactiontime,higheryield,andbetterproductpurity.Moreover,theobtainedDMAHBexhibitedexcellentsurfaceactivity,strongantimicrobialproperties,goodthermalstability,andlowenvironmentalimpact.ThisresearchprovidesvaluableinsightsintothemicrowavesynthesisandperformanceofDMAHB,contributingtothedevelopmentandoptimizationofthisimportantsurfactant.
