Inrecentyears,thedemandforskilledlaborhasbeencontinuouslyrisinginvariousindustriesacrosstheglobe.Countrieshaverecognizedtheimportanceofvocationalskilldevelopmentinenhancingeconomicgrowthandcompetitiveness.Germany,knownforitsrobustvocationaleducationandtraining(VET)system,hasbecomeaprominentsuccessstoryinthisregard.ThispaperaimstoexploretheGermanmodelofvocationalskilldevelopmentandanalyzeitskeyfeatures,benefits,andeffectiveness.
