Abstract
CCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceisanimportanttoolusedinthetextileindustry.Thedeviceisusedtocreateyarnsthatarecommonlyusedindifferenttypesoffabrics.ThepurposeofthispaperistodiscusstheapplicationsoftheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceandtheprocessofdesigningit.Thepaperwilloutlineitshistory,howitworks,thevarioustypesoffabricsitcanproduce,andhowitsapplicationhasevolvedovertime.
Introduction
Thebambooknottedyarndevice,alsoknownastheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndevice,isatoolusedinthetextileindustry.Thedeviceisusedtoproduceyarnsthatarecommonlyusedinmanydifferenttypesoffabrics.ThepurposeofthispaperistodiscusstheapplicationsoftheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceandtheprocessofdesigningit.Thepaperwilloutlineitshistory,howitworks,thevarioustypesoffabricsitcanproduce,andhowitsapplicationhasevolvedovertime.
History
ThebambooknottedyarntechniquewasfirstdevelopedinChinaduringtheTangdynasty(AD618-907).Itwasusedtocreateyarnsthatwerethenmadeintoclothingandothertextiles.However,thetechniquewaslostovertime,anditwasn'tuntilthe1950sthatitwasrediscovered.
In1956,ateamofChinesetextileengineersdevelopedtheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndevice.Thedevicewasdesignedtoproduceknot-freeyarnsthatwouldnotbreakduringtheweavingprocess.Thedevicewasalsodesignedtoproduceyarnsthatwereuniforminsizeandshape.
HowCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceworks
TheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceworksbytwistingandknottingtheyarns.Thedevicehasfourmainparts:theyarnfeedingsection,theknottingsection,thetwistingsection,andthewindingsection.
Intheyarnfeedingsection,theyarnisfedintothedevice.Theyarnisthenpassedthroughtheknottingsection,whereitistwistedandknotted.Thetwistingandknottingprocesscreatesaknot-freeyarn.Theyarnthengoesthroughthetwistingsection,whereitisfurthertwistedtomakeituniforminsizeandshape.Finally,theyarniswoundontoabobbininthewindingsection.

TheCCZ-Ⅳbambooknottedyarndeviceisusedtoproduceyarnsthatareusedinavarietyoffabrics.Thefabricsthatcanbeproducedusingthedeviceinc
