Abstract:
Withthedevelopmentoftourism,ancientarchitecturalcomplexeshavebecomepopulartouristattractionsinrecentyears.However,withtheiruniqueconstructionmaterialsandstructuraldesign,ancientarchitecturalcomplexesalsobringvarioussafetyhazards,especiallyintermsoflightningprotectionsafety.Inthispaper,weanalyzethelightningprotectionsafetyhazardsinancientarchitecturalcomplexesandproposecorrespondingcountermeasurestoreducetherisksandensurethesafetyoftouristsandtheancientbuildingsthemselves.
1.Introduction
Ancientarchitecturalcomplexesrefertobuildingsandstructuresbuiltinancienttimesorwithtraditionalcrafttechniquesandmaterials.InChina,ancientarchitecturehasalonghistoryandarichculturalheritage,attractinglargenumbersofdomesticandforeigntourists.However,theancientarchitecturalcomplex'sbuildingmaterialsandtheenvironmentitexistscancreatemanysafetyhazards,whichisespeciallyimportantregardinglightningprotectionsafety.
2.Thelightningprotectionsafetyhazardsinancientarchitecturalcomplex
2.1Thefirehazardcausedbylightningstrikes
Ancientarchitecturalcomplexesgenerallyusewoodastheirprimarymaterial,whichcancreateaneasysourceofignitionduetolightningstrikes.
2.2Structuraldamagecausedbylightningstrikes
Lightningstrikescancausestructuraldamagetoancientbuildings,suchasbrokentiles,wallcracks,andotherissues.
