石墨烯散热薄膜研究进展(英文) ResearchProgressonGrapheneHeatDissipationFilms Abstract: Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofmicroelectronicsandoptoelectronicdevices,thedemandforefficientheatdissipationhasbecomeincreasinglyurgent.Traditionalheatdissipationmaterialsandmethodsarefacingchallengesduetotheirlimitationsinthermalconductivityandheatdissipationefficiency.Graphene,atwo-dimensionalcarbonmaterial,hasextraordinarythermalconductivityandexcellentmechanicalproperties,makingitapromisingcandidateforheatdissipationapplications.Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivereviewoftheresearchprogressongrapheneheatdissipationfilms,includingtheirfabricationmethods,performanceevaluation,andpotentialapplications.Thechallengesandfutureprospectsinthisfieldarealsodiscussed. 1.Introduction Withthecontinuousminiaturizationandintegrationofelectronicdevices,theheatgeneratedduringoperationisbecomingmoreconcentrated,leadingtoelevatedtemperaturesandpotentialdevicefailure.Therefore,efficientheatdissipationhasbecomeacriticalissueinthedesignandperformanceofelectronicdevices.Traditionalheatdissipationmaterials,suchascopperoraluminum,havelimitationsduetotheirlowthermalconductivityandbulkiness.Graphene,atwo-dimensionalcarbonmaterial,hasattractedsignificantattentionduetoitsextraordinarythermalconductivityandmechanicalproperties,makingitapromisingmaterialforheatdissipationapplications. 2.FabricationMethods Variousmethodshavebeendevelopedtofabricategraphenefilmsforheatdissipation.Chemicalvapordeposition(CVD)iswidelyusedtosynthesizelarge-scalegraphenefilmswithhighqualityandlowdefectdensity.Transfertechniques,suchaspolymer-assistedtransferandthermalreleasetapemethods,areemployedtotransferthegraphenefilmsontodesiredsubstrates.Othermethods,suchaschemicalreductionofgrapheneoxideandepitaxialgrowth,arealsoutilizedtofabricategraphenefilmswithspecificproperties. 3.PerformanceEvaluation Thethermalconductivityofgraphenehasbeenreportedtobeexceptionallyhigh,upto5000W/mKatroomtemperature.Thismakesgrapheneanidealmaterialforheatdissip
