表面活性剂协同超声提取杠板归中总黄酮及抗氧化活性研究 Title:SynergisticUltrasound-AssistedExtractionofTotalFlavonoidsfromGinkgobilobaLeafandTheirAntioxidantActivity Abstract: Naturalproducts,suchasflavonoids,havegainedsignificantattentionduetotheirpotentialhealthbenefits,includingantioxidantactivity.Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatethesynergisticeffectofsurfactantsandultrasound-assistedextraction(UAE)ontheextractionoftotalflavonoidsfromGinkgobilobaleafandevaluatetheirantioxidantactivity.TheresultsdemonstratedthatthecombinationofsurfactantswithUAEenhancedtheextractionefficiencyandantioxidantactivityoftheextractedflavonoids.Thisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintothedevelopmentofnovelextractiontechniquesfornaturalproductsusingsurfactantsandultrasound. 1.Introduction: Flavonoidsareaclassofsecondarymetaboliteswidelyfoundinplantspecies.Theypossessnumerousbiologicalactivities,includingantioxidant,anti-inflammatory,andanticancerproperties.Ginkgobiloba,atraditionalChinesemedicine,isrichinflavonoidsandhasbeenusedforcenturiesduetoitspotentialhealthbenefits.However,theefficientextractionofflavonoidsfromGinkgobilobaleavesremainsachallenge. 2.LiteratureReview: Previousstudieshaveexploredvariousextractionmethodsforflavonoids,includingsolventextraction,microwave-assistedextraction,andultrasound-assistedextraction.Amongthesetechniques,ultrasound-assistedextractionhasgainedattentionduetoitsabilitytoenhanceextractionefficiency,reduceextractiontime,andpreservethebioactivecomponentsofplantmaterials.Surfactants,suchasnonionic,anionic,andcationicsurfactants,havebeenreportedtoimprovethesolubilityandextractionefficiencyoftargetcompounds. 3.MaterialsandMethods: 3.1.Plantmaterial:Ginkgobilobaleaveswerecollectedanddried. 3.2.UAEprocedure:ThedriedGinkgobilobaleavesweremixedwithasurfactantsolutionandsubjectedtoultrasound-assistedextractionunderoptimizedconditions. 3.3.Determinationoftotalflavonoidcontent:Thetotalflavonoidcontentintheextractswasdeterminedusingaspectrophotometricmethod. 3.4.Antioxidantactivityassay:TheDPPH(1,1-diph
