Abstract:
Internalcontrolinformationdisclosureisofcriticalimportanceformaintainingtransparencyandprotectingtheinterestsofshareholdersinlistedcompanies.Thisstudyaimstoempiricallyinvestigatethefactorsthatinfluencethedisclosureofinternalcontrolinformationinlistedcompanies.Byexaminingvariousfactorssuchasfirmsize,financialperformance,corporategovernance,andgovernmentregulations,thispaperseekstoprovideinsightsintothedeterminantsofinternalcontrolinformationdisclosureinthecontextoflistedcompanies.
1.Introduction:
Internalcontrolinformationdisclosureisafundamentalaspectofcorporategovernancethatcontributestotheconfidenceofshareholders,potentialinvestors,andotherstakeholders.Thedisclosureofaccurateandrelevantinformationpertainingtointernalcontrolsimprovescorporatetransparency,reducesagencycosts,andenhancescorporatereputation.Therefore,itiscrucialtounderstandthefactorsthatinfluenceinternalcontrolinformationdisclosureinlistedcompanies.
2.LiteratureReview:
