旅游顾问英文合同范本ContractforTravelConsultantServicesThisContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoonthis[Day]of[Month],[Year],andbetweenthefollowingparties:[Consultant'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Consultant",And[Client'sFullName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Client".WHEREAS,theConsultantisaprofessionaltravelconsultantprovidingtravelplanningandadvicetoclients;WHEREAS,theClientdesirestoengagetheservicesoftheConsultantforthepurposeofplanningandorganizingatrip;NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontnedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.Services1.1TheConsultantagreestoprovidethefollowingservicestotheClient:a.Researchingandsuggestingdestinations,acmodations,andactivitiesbasedontheClient'spreferencesandbudget.b.Assistingwiththebookingofflights,hotels,tours,andothertravelarrangements.c.Providingtraveltips,remendations,andadvicetoensureasmoothandenjoyabletrip.d.Offeringongoingsupportandassistanceduringthetrip,ifrequired.2.TermofAgreement2.1ThisContractshallmenceonthedateofexecutionandshallcontinueuntilthepletionoftheservicesoruntilterminatedeitherpartyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsherein.3.FeesandPayment3.1TheClientagreestopaytheConsultantafeeof[FeeAmount](USD)fortheservicesprovidedunderthisContract.3.2PaymentshallbemadetheClientwithin[Number]daysofreceivinganinvoicefromtheConsultant.3.3Intheeventoflatepayment,theClientshallbeliableforalatefeeof[LateFeePercentage]oftheoutstandingamountforeachdaypasttheduedate.4.Confidentiality4.1BothpartiesagreetomntntheconfidentialityofanyinformationdisclosedtotheotherpartyduringthecourseofthisContract,exceptforinformationthatisorbeespublicknowledgethroughnofaultofthepartyreceivingtheinformation.5.Termination5.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractatanytimeuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.5.2IntheeventofterminationtheClient,theConsultantshallbeendtoreceivepaymentforservicesrendereduptothedateoftermination.6.LimitationofLiability6.1TheConsultantshallnotbeliableforanyindirect,special,orconsequentialdamagesaris
