摘要
组合机床是以系列化，标准化的通用部件为根底，配以少量专用部件组合成的专用机床。适合大批量生产，对一种或几种类似零件的一道或几道工序进行加工。组合机床既有专用机床的结构简单、生产率和自动化程度高的特点，又具有一定的重新调整功能，以适应工件变化的需要。组合机床能对工件进行多面、多主轴加工，且一般情况下可以进行半自动加工。由于组合机床的通用部件是由专门厂家生产的，并且有不同型号可供设计人员选择，这样对设计者来说非常方便，可以大为缩短设计周期。
该机床是专门为齿轮泵侧板卸荷孔的钻、铣而设计的。该机床是立式回转工作台组合机床，其中立柱、主机底座、立柱侧、底座都选择了通用部件。多轴箱、活动钻模板、夹具都是专用部件。多轴箱安装在动力头上，由动力滑台的移动来完成进给运动。
在本机床的设计过程中采用了可换机构，这样在加工不同工件时，只需要把活动钻模板、夹具、刀具等相应的部件换下，即可实现对系列化产品的加工，而不更换多轴箱，这样可以提高机床的适应性。

Abstract
Modularmachineisdesignedforsomecertainproductmaking,basedonserialandstandarduniversialcomponents,andwithsomespecialcomponents.Itismostlyusedinsingleorserialoperationofsingletypeorserialtypesproductsinlargeproduction.Modularmachinenotonlyhavesimplestructure,highauto-controllevel,andhighproduction,butalsohavehighadjustment.Soitcanadopttothechangeoftheproducts.modularmachinecanmakeinseveralpositionseveralfaces.severalspindlesatthesametime.Alsoinsomeoccasion,itishalfauto-control.Bucauseoftheuniversialcomponentsofmodularmachinearedesignedandmadebyspecialcompanyandhavedifferenttypescanbeselected,itmakesdesignersmucheasytodesignthemodularmachineandshortenthedesigningtime.
Thismodularmachineisdesignedforgearpumpsideboarddrilling.it’sstructureisvertial-rotarytable-drillingmachine.thecolumnandhneesiscolumnbase,sidecolumnbaseareuniversialcomponent.thespindlesbox.movingdrillingmodeljigardfixturesrespecialcomponents.thespindlesboxfixedonthesaddle,verticallyfeedingwiththemovingsaddlebyhydrolicalpower.
Adopttheadjustablestructureinthismodulsrmachinedesign,itcanmakeserialproductsbychangemovingdrillingmodel,jigardfixtureandtools.soithashighadoptionfixture.
