浅析国际私法的调整方法

摘要

随着全球一体化的深入发展，不同国家间企业或者个人联系交往越来越多，由于不同国家间具体立法条例的不同，因此需要建立国际私法来加一协调。然而在国际私法研究方面，对于国际私法的调整方法基本的理论问题，还存在着比较大的分歧。这些理论问题的混乱，阻碍着国际私法事务的具体处理，也不利于国际私法体系和学科体系的科学建立。因此有必要就这一问题加以分析和阐述，本文对国际私法调整方法问题进行了汇总和阐释。
国际私法是法律的一个重要分支，是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物。人类社会出现国家以后，国际社会才逐渐形成。在国际社会中，不同国家间的人民必然会进行交往，建立各种社会关系。

ABSTRACT
Withthedevelopmentofglobalization,enterpriseorbetweendifferentcountriesmoreandmorepersonalcontactexchanges,betweendifferentcountriesduetodifferentspecificlegislativeregulations,requiringtheestablishmentofprivateinternationallawtoaddacoordination.However,inthestudyofprivateinternationallawaspectsofprivateinternationallawfortheadjustmentmethodbasictheoreticalissues,therearestillrelativelylargedifferences.Confusionthesetheoreticalproblems,hinderingprivateinternationallawtodealspecificallywithmattersofprivateinternationallawsystemisnotconducivetoscientificanddisciplinarysystemestablished.Soitisnecessarytoanalyzeandelaborateonthisissue,thispapertheproblemofprivateinternationallawadjustmentmethodsaresummarizedandexplained.
PrivateInternationalLawisanimportantbranchoflaw,humanandsocialdevelopmenttoacertainstageoftheproduct.Aftertheemergenceofhumansocietycountries,theinternationalcommunityhasbeengraduallyformed.Intheinternationalcommunity,amongpeopleofdifferentcountriesisboundtointeract,buildallkindsofsocialrelationships.
