内容摘要题的研究日渐成为众多学科的前沿领域。但鲜有从亚太地区整体角度探讨合作方专门性的，多边的，全方位的有关亚太地区海上通道安全合作的法律框架，现有的相关条约也有固有缺陷，只能起到间接的和部分的积极效果。本文试图从亚太地区海上通道的重要性出发，构建出一个关于亚太地区海上通道安全合作的，专第一章从对亚太地区海上通道相关问题的界定入手，探讨了“亚太”这一概念的变迁及其地域范围，接着叙述了亚太地区海上通道的地理分布与其面临的安第三章着重从理论和现实层面指出构建亚太地区海上通道安全合作的法律近年来，亚太地区海上能源交通安全等问题日益严峻，关于海上通道安全问式与法律框架等问题。实践中，除一些专业性地区组织外，亚太地区也缺乏一个门性的，多边的，全方位的法律框架。全难题，最后讨论了这些海上通道的重要性和各国战略。第二章在前一章的基础上论及亚太地区海上通道安全的相关问题及合作的可能性与出路，先从海上安全与国家安全的关系入手，表明亚太海上通道安全所面临的困境，分析国际合作的可能性，并初步探讨合作的现状。框架的必要性，并就现有的合作机制及其局限性作一评述。第四章全面论述本文对合作的法律框架的设想，分别对法律框架的特征、原则、内容、组织等方面加以论述。最后，总结构建法律框架的积极和消极因素，展望亚太地区海上通道安全合作法律框架的前景，中国的选择和应当发挥的作用。关键词：亚太；海上通道；国际合作
