ThispaperaimstoexaminethelackofhumanisticcareinteachingEnglishforvocationaleducationandproposeeffectivemeasurestoaddressthisissue.TheincreasingemphasisontechnicalskillsandprofessionalcompetenciesinvocationaleducationhasresultedinneglectingtheimportanceofhumanisticcareinEnglishlanguageinstruction.ThispaperarguesthatincorporatinghumanisticcareinteachingEnglishnotonlyenhanceslearners'languageproficiencybutalsofosterstheirpersonalandsocialdevelopment.Theproposedcountermeasuresinvolvepromotinglearner-centeredapproaches,integratingculturalcontent,establishingasupportivelearningenvironment,andtrainingteachersinhumanisticcare.
