Abstract:Theaccurateidentificationofparametersforpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotors(PMSMs)iscrucialfortheirefficientoperationandoptimalcontrol.Inthispaper,weproposeanimprovedparameteridentificationmethodforPMSMsusinganenhancedversionoftheCuckooSearchAlgorithm(CSA).TheCSAisanature-inspiredoptimizationalgorithmthathasbeensuccessfullyappliedtovariousengineeringproblems.Byincorporatingnovelmodifications,ourproposedenhancedCSAalgorithmdemonstratessuperiorperformanceintermsofconvergencespeedandidentificationaccuracy.Theeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodisvalidatedthroughcomparativeexperimentswithexistingparameteridentificationalgorithms.
