1.Purpose目的

5.Responsibility职责
5.1EHSdepartmentisresponsibleforacquiring，assessingandupdatingenvironmentallegalandotherrequirements.EHS负责法律、法规及其它要求的获取和识别、更新.
5.2DCCisresponsiblefordistributingtheenvironmentallegalandotherrequirementstorelateddepartments.文控中心负责把相关法律法规发放到相关部门。
5.3HRMisresponsibleforthetrainingonlegalandotherrequirements.人力资源部负责组织相关法律、法规的宣传和培训。

6.ProcessDescription过程描述
6.1EHSshallacquirelegalandotherrequirementsfromfollowingapproaches:公司主要从以下渠道获取法律、法规：
EnvironmentalProtectionBureauofShenzhenMunicipality深圳市环保局；
6.1.2Environmentprofessionalinternets.专业网站（中国环境保护网）等。
6.2LegalandotherrequirementsareattainedbyEHShalfayearandthelawlistoncenewlawsavailable.EHS每半年一次进行更新法律法规及其它要求，一旦有新的相关的法律法规发行，EHS及时更新《适用法律及其它要求一览表》上。
6.3Identificationoflegalandotherrequirements法律、法规的识别

EHSdepartmentwillconfirmlegalandotherrequirementsaccordingtocompany’senvironmentalaspects,andfillintheLegalandOtherRequirementList.EHS根据公司环境因素确定适用的法律及其它要求，并填写《适用法律及其它要求一览表》。
