Theuseofmultiplemodelsinpredictiveanalyticshasshownsignificantpotentialtoimprovetheaccuracyandrobustnessofpredictions.ThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationoftheBootstrapresamplingtechniqueandweightedensemblepredictionmethodincombinationwithmultiplemodelstofurtherenhancepredictionperformance.TheBootstrapmethodisusedtocreatemultiplebootstrapsamplesfromtheoriginaldataset,andeachsampleisthenusedtotrainadifferentpredictionmodel.Theweightedensemblepredictionmethodassignsdifferentweightstoeachindividualmodel'spredictionsbasedontheirperformanceonvalidationdata.Thefinalpredictionisobtainedbyaggregatingthepredictionsfromallmodels,weightedbytheirrespectiveweights.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethattheproposedapproachoutperformsindividualmodelsandtraditionalensemblemethodsintermsofpredictionaccuracyandrobustness.
