Introduction
Thecombinationofpulsebroadbandexcitationwiththe2H-averagedHamiltoniantheoryisanimportantareaofstudyinthefieldofquantummechanics.Thetheoryhasapplicationsinareassuchasmagneticresonanceimaging,quantumcomputing,andquantumchemicalcalculations.Thispaperaimsatdiscussingthetheoreticalframeworkofthecombinationofpulsebroadbandexcitationwiththe2H-averagedHamiltoniantheory.
