Abstract:
ThispaperinvestigatesthepropertiesofAlNZnO@MgOHPAPA66compositematerial.Thecompositematerialisamixtureofaluminumnitride,zincoxide,magnesiumoxide,andhigh-performancepolyamide66.Theaimofthisstudyistodeterminethethermal,mechanicalandelectricalpropertiesofthecompositematerialandtoevaluateitspotentialfornewapplicationsintheindustry.TheresultsofthestudyindicatedthatAlNZnO@MgOHPAPA66hasexcellentthermalstability,highstrength,goodelectricalconductivity,andhighdielectricconstant.Thesepropertiesmakeitanidealmaterialforvariousindustrialapplicationssuchaselectronics,aerospace,andenergystoragesystems.
Introduction:
Compositematerialsarewidelyusedduetotheirsuperiormechanical,thermalandelectricalpropertiesthantraditionalmaterials.Theuseofcompositematerialshasgrownsignificantlyinthepastfewdecadesduetorapidadvancementsintechnology.Thecompositematerialsaremadebycombiningtwoormorematerialswithdifferentpropertiestocreateanewmaterialthathasbetterpropertiesandperformancethantheoriginalmaterials.Inthisstudy,wehavefocusedonthedevelopmentofanewcompositematerialcalledAlNZnO@MgOHPAPA66.Thiscompositematerialisamixtureofaluminumnitride,zincoxide,magnesiumoxide,andhigh-performancepolyamide66.Thesematerialshavedifferentpropertieslikethermalstability,strength,electricalconductivity,anddielectricconstant.Thecombinationofthesematerialscancreateanewmaterialwithsuperiorpropertiesthatcanbeusedinvariousindustrialapplications.
Experimental:
TheAlNZnO@MgOHPAPA66compositematerialwaspreparedbytheconventionalsolutioncastingmethod.Thecompositematerialwaspreparedbydissolvingthealuminumnitride,zincoxide,magnesiumoxide,andhigh-performancepolyamide66inchloroformsolvent.Thesolutionwasthenstirredforseveralhourstoobtainahomogeneousmixture.Themixturewasthenpouredinapetridishandallowedtodryfor24hours.Thedriedcompositewasthencutintosmallpiecesandusedforfurthercharacterizationstudies.
