MLFMA分析复杂载体平台上天线问题 Introduction Inmoderntimes,therehasbeenahugeincreaseintheusageofcomplexcarrierplatformslikeships,aircraft,tanks,andothersuchvehiclesforcommunicationpurposes.Inordertofacilitateeffectivecommunication,antennasareinstalledontheseplatforms.However,theinstallationofantennasoncomplexcarrierplatformsgivesrisetovariousissuesthathindertheperformanceoftheantennas.TheuseoftheMethodofMoments(MoM)iscommonfortheanalysisofantennas.However,whenMoMisusedfortheanalysisofantennasoncomplexcarrierplatforms,itcanbequitetime-consumingandcomplex.ThisiswheretheMethodofMoments--MultilevelFastMultipoleAlgorithm(MLFMA)comesintoplay.Inthispaper,wewillanalyzetheissuesofantennaplacementoncomplexcarrierplatformsandhowtheMLFMAmethodcanbeusedtoresolvetheseissues. AntennaPlacementIssues Thereareseveralissuesthatarisewhenantennasareinstalledoncomplexcarrierplatforms.Thefirstandforemostissueistheeffectoftheplatformontheradiationpatternoftheantenna.Thepresenceoftheplatformcancausethedirectivityoftheantennatochange,resultinginlowerperformance.Secondly,thepresenceoftheplatformcancausethecreationofreflections,whichcancauseinterferenceinthetransmissionandreceptionofsignals.Finally,thepresenceoftheplatformcanalsocausethecreationofshadowing,wheretheplatformobstructsthepropagationofsignals. Methodology TheMLFMAmethodisbasedontheuseoftheMethodofMoments(MoM)whichisusedfortheanalysisofantennas.TheMLFMAmethodisusedfortheefficientandaccurateanalysisofantennasoncomplexcarrierplatforms.Themethodisbasedonthepartitioningoftheantennasintoasetofsub-domainsandtheuseoftheFastMultipoleMethod(FMM)torapidlyevaluatetheinteractionsbetweenthesesub-domains.TheFMMreducesthecomplexityoftheproblembyclusteringfar-fieldinteractionsintomultipoleexpansions,whichcanbeefficientlyevaluated. Results TheanalysisofantennasoncomplexcarrierplatformsusingtheMLFMAmethodhasshowntobeeffectiveinresolvingtheissuesofantennaplacement.TheMLFMAmethodhasbeenusedfortheanalysisofantennasonaircraft,ships,andtanks,andhasshownsignificantimpr
