摘要

随着电力体制改革的推进不断变化的电力市场和日趋激烈的市场竞争要求发电
企业必须建立竞争情报系统开展竞争情报研究本文主要围绕中广核集团的竞争
情报研究与竞争情报系统的建设对中广核集团的市场环境的竞争态势竞争情报工
作的内容以及竞争情报系统的建设目标和系统框架进行了研究
本文首先提出了中广核集团需要开展竞争情报研究和竞争情报系统建设这个问
题对国内外竞争情报及系统研究和发展的状况进行了综述提出了竞争情报及竞
争情报系统建设研究的内容和一般过程然后简要分析了当前中广核集团面临的竞
争形势和发展机遇并全面分析了中广核集团竞争情报工作的现状和存在的问题
提出了解决问题的思路接着本文利用产业竞争力的波特模型分析法和关键成功
要素分析法对中广核集团所在的发电行业及核电行业的竞争态势进行了深入的分
析研究提出了发电企业在竞争电力市场中取得成功的关键因素基于这些关键要
素将中广核集团与其他发电集团以及其他核电企业的竞争能力进行了比较初步
明确了中广核集团的竞争优势和竞争地位并在此基础上提出了中广核集团对竞
争情报研究工作的需求结合竞争情报需求和中广核集团企业管理的实际提出了
中广核竞争情报系统建设的目标提出了中广核集团竞争情报系统的主要建设内容
并对其组织结构人际网络信息网络和总体框架进行了研究和设计最后对中
广核集团竞争情报系统的实施中需要注意的问题进行分析提出了解决思路

AlongwiththereformationofChinesepowermarketlization,thepowergeneration
companieshavebeenrequiredtoestablishCompetitiveIntelligenceSystemandtocarry
outcompetitiveintelligenceresearchbythechangingofpowermarketandtheharderand
hardermarketcompetition.Surroundingthecompetitiveintelligenceresearchand
CompetitiveIntelligenceSystemestablishmentofChinaGuangdongNuclearPower
Corporation(CGNPC),theauthorstudiestheconditionofcompetitioninthepower
market,andthetargetandthestructureofCompetitiveIntelligenceSystemofChina
GuangdongNuclearPowerCorporationinthisthesis.
Atthefirst,theauthorraisestheproblemthatitisnecessaryforChinaGuangdong
NuclearPowerCorporationtocarryoutcompetitiveintelligenceresearchandestablish
CompetitiveIntelligenceSystem,expoundstheresearchcontentandthegeneralprocess
