钵育摆栽超高产栽培试验研究 钵育摆栽超高产栽培试验研究 Abstract Bokchoyisanutritious,cruciferousvegetablethatisapopularingredientinmanyAsiandishes.However,traditionalcultivationmethodsareoftenlabor-intensiveandresultinrelativelylowyield.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethefeasibilityofusinghydroponicsandartificiallightingtoachievehigheryieldofbokchoy.Threedifferenttreatmentswerecompared:traditionalsoilcultivation,hydroponicswithoutartificiallighting,andhydroponicswithartificiallighting.Ourresultsshowthathydroponicswithartificiallightingsignificantlyincreasedtheyieldofbokchoycomparedtotheothertwomethods.Thefindingssuggestthathydroponiccultivationwithartificiallightingcanbeaviablemethodtoimprovetheyieldofbokchoyandothervegetables. Introduction Bokchoy,alsoknownasChinesecabbage,isanutritiousvegetablethatispackedwithvitaminsandminerals.ItisapopularingredientinmanyAsiandishes,andisalsogainingpopularityinWesterncuisineduetoitshealthbenefits.However,traditionalcultivationmethodsforbokchoyareoftenlabor-intensiveandresultinrelativelylowyield.Hydroponicsandartificiallightinghavebeenusedtoimprovetheyieldofmanycrops,buttheireffectivenessforbokchoycultivationhasnotbeenextensivelystudied.Therefore,thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethefeasibilityofusinghydroponicsandartificiallightingtoachievehigheryieldofbokchoy. Methods Threedifferentcultivationmethodswerecomparedinthisstudy:traditionalsoilcultivation,hydroponicswithoutartificiallighting,andhydroponicswithartificiallighting.Fortraditionalsoilcultivation,bokchoyseedswereplantedinapreparedplotofsoil.Forhydroponiccultivation,seedsweregerminatedinaplastictrayandthentransplantedintoahydroponicsystem.Inthehydroponicsystems,nutrient-richwaterwascirculatedcontinuouslytoprovidenecessarynutrientsforplantgrowth.Thehydroponicsystemsweresetupinaclimate-controlledroom,withatemperatureof25°Candarelativehumidityof60%.Forhydroponicswithartificiallighting,LEDgrowlightswereusedtoprovideadditionallightfortheplants,withalightintensityof2000luxanda12-hourlightcycle.
