ChinaMobileisthelargestmobileserviceproviderinChina.AsatelecommunicationsoperatorwiththemostcustomersandthelargestnetworkcoverageinAsia,ithasabroaduserbaseanddiversenetworkoptimizationprojects.ThewirelessnetworkoptimizationprojectofChinaMobileaimstooptimizethesignalqualityandcapacityofthewirelessnetwork,improvetheuserexperience,andincreaserevenueforthecompany.
However,thewirelessnetworkoptimizationprojectinvolvesmanyfactors,suchasequipmentinstallation,testing,anddebugging.Iftheprojecttimeisnotwell-managed,itwillcausedelaysinconstructionprogress,increasedcosts,andcustomerdissatisfaction,whichwillhaveanegativeimpactonthecompany'sreputationandbrandimage.
