Introduction:
Disasters,bothnaturalandman-made,posesignificantthreatstohumanlife,infrastructure,andtheeconomy.Inrecentyears,Chinahasexperiencedvarioustypesofdisasters,includingearthquakes,floods,andtyphoons,whichhaveresultedinimmenselossoflifeandproperty.Inordertoprovideefficientandeffectiverelieftoaffectedindividualsandregions,Chinahasdevelopedacomprehensivedisasterrelieflegalsystem.ThisstudyaimstoexploreandanalyzethekeycomponentsandeffectivenessofChina'sdisasterrelieflegalsystem.
1.HistoricalDevelopmentofDisasterReliefLaws:
Chinahasalonghistoryofdealingwithdisasters,andthelegalframeworkfordisasterreliefhasevolvedovertime.Thissectionwilldiscussthedevelopmentofdisasterrelieflaws,beginningwithancientpractices,followedbytheestablishmentofmoderndisasterrelieflawsinthe20thcentury.
2.LegalFrameworkforDisasterRelief:
