Abstract:
WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'sruraleconomy,theruralfinancialmarkethasalsomadesignificantprogress.However,duetothespecificcharacteristicsoftheruralfinancialmarketandinadequateregulatoryefforts,illegalfinancialactivitieshavefrequentlyemerged,whichhashadacertainimpactonthehealthydevelopmentoftheruraleconomy.Inordertoprotecttheinterestsofinvestorsandmaintainthestabilityandhealthydevelopmentofthefinancialmarket,Chinahasestablishedacomprehensivelegalsystemfortheregulationofruralfinancialmarkets.
