Mobilecommunicationtechnologyhasundergonearapidtransformationinrecentyears,leadingtothedevelopmentof3G,4G,and5Gtechnologies.Thesetechnologiesoffervariousbenefitstousersandenablethedeliveryofhigh-speeddataservices.However,thedeploymentofthesetechnologiesrequiressignificantinvestmentofresourcesandcarriesinherentrisk.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetherisksassociatedwiththeimplementationof3GtechnologyintheCangzhouMobileprojectandproposesriskmanagementstrategies.
