用常见树种培养菌棒栽培天麻的试验研究 Abstract Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheabilityofcommontreespeciestosupportthegrowthofendangeredmedicinalherb,Tianma(Gastrodiaelata).WeconductedanexperimenttocultureTianmaondifferenttreespecies,includingPinussylvestris,Quercusmongolica,Betulaplatyphylla,andLarixgmelinii.Theexperimentwascarriedoutinagreenhouseenvironment,andwemonitoredthegrowthofTianmaforaperiodoffourmonths.OurresultsshowedthatthebesttreespeciesforthecultivationofTianmawasBetulaplatyphylla,withthehighestbiomassandrhizomeweight,followedbyPinussylvestris,Quercusmongolica,andLarixgmelinii.ThesefindingssuggestthatBetulaplatyphyllaandPinussylvestrismightbesuitableforthecommercialcultivationofTianma. Introduction Tianma(Gastrodiaelata)isahighlyvaluableandendangeredmedicinalherbthatiswidelyusedintraditionalChinesemedicine.Theplantisknownforitstherapeuticproperties,whichincludetheabilitytotreatepilepsy,convulsions,headaches,andotherneurologicaldisorders.ThedemandforTianmahasbeenincreasinginrecentyears,withtheherbbeingusedinawiderangeofherbalremediesandpharmaceuticals.However,thehighdemandforTianmahasledtooverharvesting,whichhasresultedinthedepletionofwildpopulationsandthespecies'inclusionontheIUCNRedListofThreatenedSpecies.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedtodevelopsustainablecultivationmethodsthatcanmeetthegrowingdemandforTianmawhilealleviatingthepressureonwildpopulations. OneapproachtocultivateTianmaistouseahosttreeasasymbioticpartner.Tianmalackschlorophyllandisthereforeunabletocarryoutphotosynthesis.Instead,itreliesonasymbioticrelationshipwithahosttreetoobtainthenecessarynutrientsforgrowthanddevelopment.Thehosttreesuppliesorganiccarbontotheplant,whiletheTianmaprovidesthetreewithadditionalcarbohydratesthathelpitgrow.PreviousstudieshavereportedthatdifferenttreespecieshavevaryingabilitiestosupportthegrowthofTianma(Chenetal.,2014).Therefore,itisimportanttoinvestigatethesuitabilityofdifferenttreespeciesforthecultivationofTianmatodevelopsustainablecultivationmethods.
