PHPASDBSMg-Al-HTlcH_2O悬浮体流变性研究 【摘要】 本文对一种悬浮体的流变性质进行了研究。该悬浮体由草酸钙(CaC2O4)和硫酸钡(BaSO4)混合而成,以适量的氢氧化钠(NaOH)调节pH值,并通过紫外光谱(UV-Vis)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对悬浮体中两种原料的含量进行了分析。流变测试结果表明,该悬浮体具有类似于胶体溶液的流变性质,表现出了较高的剪切应力和黏度以及剪切变形下的非线性响应行为。通过改变草酸钙和硫酸钡含量的比例,以及调节pH值,可以有效地影响悬浮体的流变特性。本文的研究结果对于深入探究复杂悬浮液体系的物理化学机制、优化工业生产过程以及设计新型悬浮体系具有一定的参考价值。 【关键词】 悬浮体,流变性,草酸钙,硫酸钡,UV-Vis,ICP-MS 【Introduction】 Suspensionsaremultiphasesystemsconsistingoffinelydividedsolidsdispersedinaliquidmedium.Theyarewidelyusedinvariousindustrialprocesses,suchasmineralprocessing,pharmaceuticals,andfoodproduction.Therheologicalpropertiesofsuspensionsplayacrucialroleindeterminingtheirflowbehaviorandprocessingperformance.Therefore,understandingthefundamentalprinciplesgoverningsuspensionrheologyisofgreatimportance. Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtherheologicalpropertiesofasuspensioncomposedofcalciumoxalate(CaC2O4)andbariumsulfate(BaSO4)inaqueoussolution.Sodiumhydroxide(NaOH)wasaddedtoadjustthepHvalueofthesuspension.TheconcentrationsofCaC2O4andBaSO4inthesuspensionwereanalyzedbyUV-Visspectroscopyandinductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS). 【MaterialsandMethods】 TheCaC2O4andBaSO4powdersweremixedinwaterusingamagneticstirrertoformahomogeneoussuspension.ThepHvaluewasadjustedto7.5usingNaOH.TheconcentrationsofCaandBainthesuspensionwereanalyzedbyUV-VisspectroscopyandICP-MS.Therheologicalpropertiesofthesuspensionweremeasuredusingarotationalrheometerwithaplate-plategeometry. 【Results】 TheUV-VisspectraandICP-MSresultsshowedthatthesuspensionwascomposedofCaC2O4andBaSO4withaCa/Bamolarratioof2:1.Thesuspensionexhibitednon-Newtonianbehaviorwithshear-thinningcharacteristics.Theviscosityincreasedwithincreasingshearrateanddecreasedwithincreasingtemperature.Thesuspensionalsoshowedayieldstress,belowwhichnoflowoccurred.Theyieldstressandtheviscosityofthesuspensionincreasedwithincreasingsolidconcentration.ThepHvaluehadasignificanteffectontherheologicalpropertiesofthesuspension.AtpH7.5,thesuspensionshowedthehighestviscosityandyieldstress. 【Discussion】 The
