Introduction:
FoshanCity,locatedinthesouthernpartofChina,isknownforitsvibrantprivatesectorandthrivingbusinesses.However,likemanyotherregions,Foshan'sprivateenterpriseshavealsofacedtheissueofanti-dumpingmeasures.Thispaperaimstoanalyzethecurrentsituation,causes,andproposecountermeasurestomitigatetheimpactofanti-dumpingonFoshan'sprivateenterprises.
I.CurrentSituationofAnti-DumpingMeasuresinFoshan:
1.Increaseinthenumberofanti-dumpingcases:Overthepastdecade,Foshan'sprivateenterpriseshavewitnessedasignificantriseinanti-dumpingcasesfiledagainsttheirproductsbyforeigncountries.Thesecaseshaveaffectedvarioussectors,includingsteel,ceramictiles,furniture,andelectricalequipment.
