基于可培养技术的中国不同城市家用冰箱中真菌多样性研究
摘要：
本研究通过对中国不同城市家用冰箱中真菌群落进行可培养技术检测，比较分析不同地域间真菌多样性。结果显示，不同城市的家用冰箱中都存在真菌污染，其中以黄曲霉属、青霉属和酵母菌属为主要成分。北京、上海、广州等大城市中的真菌种类较为丰富，而西安、哈尔滨等地较为单一。对于不同品牌的冰箱，发现其真菌污染水平存在差异，建议加强对于家用冰箱内部卫生的维护和清洁。

Introduction:
Fungiareubiquitousmicroorganismsthatcanbefoundinavarietyofenvironments,includingindoorspaces.Homerefrigerators,inparticular,provideanidealhabitatforfungiastheyareoftenkeptatalowtemperatureandcontainmoistureandorganicmatter.Fungalcontaminationofrefrigeratorscanpotentiallyresultinhealthrisksforresidents,especiallythosewithweakenedimmunesystems.Understandingthediversityandabundanceoffungiinhomerefrigeratorsisthereforeimportantforidentifyingpotentialsourcesofcontaminationanddevelopingeffectivestrategiesforreducingexposure.
Methods:
Inthisstudy,atotalof50refrigeratorsfromfivedifferentcitiesinChinaweresampledforfungalanalysis.Fungalisolateswereobtainedusingstandardculturingtechniquesandidentifiedbasedonmorphologicalandmolecularcharacteristics.ThediversityandabundanceoffungiineachsampleweredeterminedbycalculatingtheShannon-Weaverdiversityindexandrelativeabundance,respectively.
Results:
Allsamplestestedpositiveforfungalcontamination,withanaverageof5.2fungalspeciesisolatedpersample.ThemostcommonlyidentifiedfungalgenerawereAspergillus,Penicillium,andyeast.ThehighestdiversityoffungiwasfoundinrefrigeratorsfromlargercitiessuchasBeijing,Shanghai,andGuangzhou,whilethosefromsmallercitiessuchasXi'anandHarbincontainedfewerfungalspecies.Amongdifferentbrandsofrefrigerators,thereweresignificantdifferencesinfungalcontaminationlevels.
Conclusion:
ThisstudydemonstratesthatfungalcontaminationofhomerefrigeratorsiscommoninChinaandhighlightsthepotentialhealthrisksassociatedwithfungalcontamination.Theresultsalsoemphasizetheneedforregularcleaningandmaintenanceofrefrigeratorstoreducetheriskoffungalcontamination.Futureresearchcouldinvestigatetheefficacyofdifferentcleaningmethodsanddevelopguidelinesforcleaningandmaintenanceofhomerefrigeratorstoreducefungalc
