Abstract:
Thefurnitureindustryheavilyreliesonwoodworkingmachineryfortheefficientandpreciseproductionoffurnitureproducts.However,withtheincreaseduseofsuchmachinery,thereisagrowingconcernaboutthesafetyofworkersinvolvedintheiroperation.Thispaperaimstoinvestigateandresearchtheunsafefactorsinwoodworkingmachineryoperationsinfurnitureenterprises.
1.Introduction
Woodworkingmachineryplaysacriticalroleinthefurnitureindustry,enablingmassproduction,precision,andefficiency.However,theuseofsuchmachinerybringsinherentrisksandsafetyhazardsthatneedtobecarefullyexamined.Thispaperaimstoidentifyandanalyzethefactorscontributingtounsafeconditionsinwoodworkingmachineryoperationsinfurnitureenterprises.
2.Methodology
Toconductthisresearch,acombinationofquantitativeandqualitativemethodswillbeutilized.Firstly,areviewofexistingliteratureandstudiesonwoodworkingmachinerysafetywillbeconductedtoidentifycommonunsafefactors.Then,interviewsandsurveyswillbeconductedwithworkers,supervisors,andsafetyexpertstogatherreal-lifedataandperspectives.Statisticalanalysiswillbeperformedtoquantifytheprevalenceandseverityofeachunsafefactor.
