Theproperclassificationandmanagementofdrugsarecrucialforensuringpublichealthandsafety.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecurrentstatusofdrugclassificationmanagementinretailpharmaciesinGuangdongProvince,China.Throughacomprehensivereviewofexistingliterature,surveys,andinterviewswithpharmacistsandpharmacyowners,thisresearchidentifiesthechallengesfacedindrugclassificationmanagementandproposespotentialsolutions.ThefindingsofthisstudycontributetoimprovingtheoveralldrugmanagementsystemintheretailpharmacysectorinGuangdongProvince.
1.Introduction
Theclassificationandmanagementofdrugsplayacrucialroleinensuringthequality,safety,andefficacyofhealthcareservices.However,therehavebeenconcernsregardingthelackofproperdrugclassificationmanagementinretailpharmaciesinGuangdongProvince,China.Thisstudyaimstoassessthecurrentstatusofdrugclassificationmanagementintheselectedregionandproposepotentialstrategiesforimprovement.
2.Methodology
Thisstudyadoptedamixed-methodsapproach,includingliteraturereview,surveys,andinterviewswithpharmacistsandpharmacyowners.Theliteraturereviewwasconductedtogatherrelevantdataondrugclassificationmanagementanditsimportanceinpublichealth.SurveysweredistributedtoasampleofretailpharmaciesinGuangdongProvince,andinterviewswereconductedwithselectedparticipantstogaininsightsintotheirexperiencesandchallenges.
3.CurrentStatusofDrugClassificationManagement
3.1LegalFramework:ThelegalregulationsconcerningdrugclassificationmanagementinGuangdongProvincewerefoundtobewell-established.However,inconsistenciesandambiguitiesexist,leadingtoimplementationchallenges.
3.2InfrastructureandResources:Manyretailpharmacieslackthenecessaryinfrastructureandresourcesforproperdrugclassificationmanagement.Thisincludesinadequatestoragefacilities,lackoflabelingsystems,anduntrainedstaff.
3.3ClassificationSystem:Despitetheexistenceofaclassificationsystem,itwasobser
