Abstract
The9thAsiaPrintingTechnologyForum(APT)isanannualeventthatbringstogetherprintingtechnologyexpertsfromacrosstheAsianregiontodiscussthelatesttrendsandinnovationsintheindustry.Thisyear,theforumwillbeheldconcurrentlywiththePRINTEXPO2007exhibitioninBeijing.ThispaperwilldiscussthesignificanceofthisjointeventandtheimpactitwillhaveontheprintingindustryinAsia.
Introduction
ThePRINTEXPO2007exhibitionisthelargestprintingeventinChinaandbringstogetherlocalandinternationalindustryleaderstoshowcasethelatesttechnology,productsandservicesinprintingandpackaging.Theeventattractsover30,000visitorsannually,makingittheidealplatformforthediscussionofthelatesttrendsanddevelopmentsinprintingtechnologyinAsia.
TheAsiaPrintingTechnologyForumhasbeenheldannuallysinceitsinceptionin1999.TheforumisaplatformthatallowsexpertsfromtheprintingindustrytosharetheirexperienceandknowledgewiththeirpeersanddiscussthechallengesandopportunitiesfacingtheindustryinAsia.TheforumisorganizedbytheChinesePrintingTechnologyAssociation(CPTA)andsupportedbyindustrypartnersfromacrosstheAsianregion.
