Fishingisanimportantpartoftheeconomyformanycountriesaroundtheworld.Withover200milliontonsoffishcaughteachyear,thefishingindustryplaysacrucialroleinthefoodsecurityandeconomicgrowthofmanycountries.However,traditionalwoodenfishingboatsarenotonlycomplexandexpensivetobuild,butalsorequirefrequentmaintenance,whichaddstooverheadcosts.
