基于CPLD的PSK系统设计
Introduction:
PSK(SystemPhaseShiftKeying)isakindofmodulationtechniquewhichisusedinthefieldofdigitalcommunication.ThePSKsystemplaysanimportantroleinthefieldofdatatransmission.Itinvolvesvaryingthephaseofthecarriersignaltorepresentdigitaldata.ThegoalofthispaperistoprovideadesignforaPSKsystembasedonCPLDtechnology.
PSKModulation:
InPSKmodulation,thephaseofthecarriersignalisvariedtorepresentdigitaldata.Thephaseofthecarriersignalischangedaccordingtothedigitaldatabeingtransmitted.TherearedifferenttypesofPSKmodulationsuchasBPSK(BinaryPhaseShiftKeying),QPSK(QuadraturePhaseShiftKeying),andDPSK(DifferentialPhaseShiftKeying).
CPLD:
CPLD(ComplexProgrammableLogicDevices)aredigitallogicdevicesthatcanbeprogrammedtoperformspecificfunctions.Theyarecomposedofseveralprogrammablelogicblocksandinterconnects.CPLDsareusedtoperformspecifictaskssuchasprogrammablehardwareacceleration,digitalsignalprocessing,andtheimplementationofcomplexcontrolsystems.
DesignofPSKsystembasedonCPLD:
ThePSKsystembasedonCPLDincludesatransmitterandareceiver.Thetransmitterisresponsibleformodulatingthedigitaldataintothecarriersignalandtransmittingit.Thereceiverisresponsiblefordemodulatingthecarriersignalandretrievingtheoriginaldigitaldata.
Transmitter:
ThetransmitterofthePSKsystembasedonCPLDincludesanencoder,amodulator,andapoweramplifier.Theencoderencodesthedigitaldataintoaformsuitableformodulation.Themodulatormodulatesthecarriersignalwiththeencodeddatausingaphasemodulationtechnique.Thepoweramplifieramplifiesthemodulatedsignalfortransmission.
Encoder:
Theencoderisresponsibleforencodingthedigitaldataintoasuitableformformodulation.ThedigitaldataisfirstconvertedintobinaryformatandthenencodedintoPSKformat.ThePSKformatisusedtomodulatethecarriersignal.
Modulator:
Themodulatormodulatesthecarriersignalwiththeencodeddata.Themodulatorusesaphasemodulationtechniquetomodulatethecarriersignal.Thephaseofthecarriersignalisvariedaccordingtotheencodeddata.Themodulatedsignalisthenamplifiedbythepoweramplifier.
