基于非亚采样轮廓波的舰船尾迹检测(英文) Title:ShipWakeDetectionBasedonNon-NyquistSubsampledContourletTransform Abstract: Thedetectionandtrackingofshipwakescanoffervaluableinsightsformaritimesurveillance,oceanography,andenvironmentalstudies.Inthispaper,anovelapproachbasedontheNon-NyquistSubsampledContourletTransform(NSCT)isproposedforshipwakedetection.TheNSCTprovidesaneffectiveframeworkforcapturingthenon-stationarycharacteristicsofshipwakes.Byanalyzingtheenergydistributionindifferentfrequencybands,theproposedmethodcanaccuratelyextractshipwakeinformationfromseaclutterandotherbackgroundnoise.Experimentalresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandpromisingpotentialoftheproposedapproachforshipwakedetection. 1.Introduction Shipwakedetectionplaysacrucialroleinmaritimesurveillanceasitcanprovidesignificantinformationaboutthepresenceandbehaviorofshipsinagivenarea.Traditionaldetectionmethodsfacechallengesinseparatingshipwakesfromseaclutterandotherbackgroundnoisesduetothenon-stationaryandnon-linearnatureofshipwakes.Inthispaper,weproposeanovelshipwakedetectionmethodbasedontheNon-NyquistSubsampledContourletTransform,whichcombinesmulti-resolutionanalysisandsparserepresentationtoovercomethesechallenges. 2.ShipWakeDataCollectionandPreprocessing Inthissection,wedescribetheprocessofcollectingshipwakedataandthenecessarypreprocessingsteps.Shipwakedatacanbeobtainedfromvarioussourcessuchassatelliteimagery,aerialphotography,andradarsystems.Wediscusstheadvantagesandlimitationsofdifferentdatasourcesandprovideguidelinesfordatacollection. 3.Non-NyquistSubsampledContourletTransform TheNon-NyquistSubsampledContourletTransform(NSCT)isapowerfulimageanalysistoolthatisparticularlysuitablefornon-stationaryandnon-linearsignalanalysis.WeprovideadetailedexplanationoftheNSCTframework,includingitsmathematicalformulationandimplementationsteps.TheNSCTdecomposesanimageintodifferentfrequencybandsandspatialorientations,providingacomprehensiverepresentationoftheimage'slocalfeatures. 4.ShipWakeDetectionAlgorithm Inthissection,wedescribe
