新型琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类杀菌剂氟唑菌酰羟胺对水稻恶苗病的防治研究(英文) ResearchontheControlofRiceSeedlingBlightbyFluoxastrobin,aNewTypeofDehydrogenaseInhibitorFungicide Abstract: Riceseedlingblightisoneofthemostdestructivediseasesinriceproduction,causingsignificantlossesofyieldandquality.Fluoxastrobin,asanewtypeofdehydrogenaseinhibitorfungicide,hasbeenshowntohavegoodefficacyagainstfungalpathogens.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthecontroleffectoffluoxastrobinonriceseedlingblightcausedbyRhizoctoniasolani.Theresultsshowedthatfluoxastrobinhadagoodpreventiveandtherapeuticeffectonriceseedlingblight.Theefficacyoffluoxastrobinwassignificantlyhigherthanthatoffungicidescontainingtriazoleorbenzimidazole.Theapplicationoffluoxastrobinalsosignificantlyincreasedtheyieldandqualityofrice.Theseresultssuggestthatfluoxastrobinisapromisingfungicideforcontrollingriceseedlingblight. Introduction: Riceisoneofthemostimportantcropsintheworld,providingfoodformorethanhalfoftheworld'spopulation.However,riceproductionisoftenlimitedbyvariouspestsanddiseases.Riceseedlingblight,causedbyRhizoctoniasolani,isoneofthemostdestructivediseasesinriceproduction,especiallyintheseedlingstage.Thediseasecancausedamping-off,rootrot,andleafblight,leadingtosignificantlossesinyieldandquality.Atpresent,thecontrolofriceseedlingblightmainlyreliesonchemicalfungicides.However,theresistanceofpathogenstotraditionalfungicideshasbecomeincreasinglyserious,makingiturgenttodevelopnewtypesoffungicideswithhighefficacyandlowresistance.Fluoxastrobinisanewtypeofdehydrogenaseinhibitorfungicidedevelopedinrecentyears.Studieshaveshownthatfluoxastrobincaneffectivelycontrolvariousfungaldiseasesincrops,suchaswheatheadblightandapplescab.However,thereislimitedinformationonthecontroleffectoffluoxastrobinonriceseedlingblight.Therefore,inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthepreventiveandtherapeuticeffectsoffluoxastrobinonriceseedlingblightandexploredthepotentialoffluoxastrobinasafungicideforcontrollingriceseedlingblight.
