Abstract
Withtherapiddevelopmentoftechnologyandtradeglobalization,theexportcontrolofhigh-techproductshasbecomeahottopic,especiallyinthecontextoftheescalatingtensionsbetweentheUnitedStatesandChina.ThispaperaimstoexplorethenewtrendsandcountermeasuresoftheUSexportcontrolonhigh-techproductstoChina.Firstly,itprovidesanoverviewofthecurrentsituationandsignificanceofhigh-techproductexportsbetweenthetwocountries.Then,itanalyzesthenewdevelopmentsandupdatesinUSexportcontrolpolicies,suchastheEntityList,theForeignDirectProductRule,andtheexpansionofnationalsecurityregulations.Furthermore,itexaminesthepotentialimpactsonChina'shigh-techindustriesandevaluatestheeffectivenessoftheUSexportcontrolmeasures.Finally,itproposesseveralstrategiesforChinatocopewiththechallenges,includingenhancingtechnologicalself-reliance,diversifyingitsexportmarkets,promotinginternationalcooperation,andstrengtheningdomesticregulations.
