Introduction:
Withtherapidadvancementoftechnology,communicationhasbecomeanessentialpartofourdailylives.LocalAreaNetworks(LANs)arewidelyusedinvarioussettings,suchasoffices,educationalinstitutions,andhomes.TofacilitateefficientcommunicationwithinLANs,thedevelopmentofaLANchatsystembecomescrucial.TheaimofthispaperistodiscussthedesignandimplementationofaLANchatsystembasedontheQTframeworkinLinux.
1.Background:
1.1LocalAreaNetworks(LANs):
LANsarecomputernetworksthatconnectdeviceswithinalimitedgeographicalarea,suchasabuildingorcampus.Theyareusedtoshareresources,suchasfiles,printers,andinternetconnections,andenablecommunicationbetweenconnecteddevices.
1.2ImportanceofLANChatSystems:
LANchatsystemsprovideinstantmessagingcapabilitieswithinaspecificnetwork,allowinguserstocommunicateandshareinformationquicklyandefficiently.Suchsystemsenhancecollaboration,streamlinecommunication,andimproveoverallproductivitywithinLANenvironments.
