TDXTPDMsystemisasoftwarethateffectivelymanagestime,attendance,payrollandemployeedata.Thissoftwareisgainingpopularityamongmanybusinessesthatwouldliketostreamlinetheiroperationwhilealsoreducingcostsassociatedwithtraditionalhumanresourcesystems.ThispaperexplorestheuseofTDXTPDMsystemintworeal-worldexamples,highlightingitsbenefitsanddrawbacks.
