Abstract
ESB-basedoperatorprovince-citydatasharingapplicationresearchisacriticaltopicinthetelecommunicationsindustry.Inthispaper,wediscussthebenefitsofESB-baseddatasharingapplicationsinoperatorprovincesandcities.WeproposeaframeworkforESB-baseddatasharingapplicationsthatcanprovidearangeofbenefitstotelecommunicationsoperators.
Introduction
Telecommunicationsoperatorscollecttonsofdataeveryday,includingcustomerusagedata,billingdata,networkperformancedata,andmore.However,often,theydonotmakeproperuseofthisdataduetodifficultieswithdataintegration,datagovernance,anddatasharing.
ESB(EnterpriseServiceBus)isamiddlewareapproachthatcanhelpsolvethesechallengesbyconsolidatingmultipleapplications'functionsintoasingleplatform.ESB-baseddatasharingapplicationscanhelpoperatorstobreakdownthesilosofdatasharingandenablecross-applicationintegration.
