摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展及其在高校教学领域中的广泛应用，借助网络丰富的信息资源进行教学已经成为现代高等教育提高教学质量的重要方式和手段，同时对不断推进教学资源的共建共享，逐步实现教学及管理的网络化和数字化具有重要的指导和实践意义。
本论文通过查阅书籍，跟随我校相关专业上课以及观看网络视频教学来对两个主要网页制作软件Dreamweaver和Photoshop进行细致而深入的学习。通过掌握图片的套索工具、导航器、图层使用、浮动面板、颜色调色板、滤镜、图片特效等处理方法进行图片制作。通过学习网页制作中框架结构、文本框添加、超链接、特殊字符、地图等工具构造合理页面结构。实现了主页面制作以及机械工程技术基础资源平台、石油石化装置生产运行资源平台、石油石化设备设计资源平台、石化装备检修维修资源、装备检测及HSE体系运行资源平台、石化装备制造资源平台六项分平台的制作与链接。其中还增添了课程资源，主要通过Word文档转换成网页的方法，将四个实验以及题库以网页形式展现，再添加链接，为本校学生以及教师查阅，学习，教学等方面提供便利有效途径。

Abstract
Alongwiththedevelopmentofmoderninformationtechnologyandthewideapplicationofcollegeteachingfield,withthehelpofnetworkinformationresourcerichmodernhighereducationteachinghasbecomeanimportantwayofimprovingthequalityofteachingandmethod,andtocontinuetopromoteteachingresources,graduallyrealizetheco-constructionandsharingofteachingandmanagementoftheInternetanddigitalhasimportantguidingandpracticalsignificance.
ThispaperstudiescarefullyandthoroughlyonthetwomainWebpagemakingsoftwareDreamweaverandPhotoshopthoughconsultingbooks,followingmyschoolrelatedprofessionalclassesandwatchingonlinevideosteaching.Picturesmakebymasteringthelassotool,navigator,usinglayers,thefloatingpanel,colorpalette,imageeffectsprocessingpictures.MakereasonableplatformstructuresthroughthestudyofWebpagestructures,textbox,hyperlinks,specialcharacters,linksandothertools.Icompletethemanufactureofhomepageandthemechanicalengineeringtechnologyresourceplatform,petroleumandpetrochemicalplantoperatingplatform,petroleumandpetrochemicalplatformdesigningresources,petrochemicalequipmentmaintenancerepairresources,equipmenttestingandrunningofHSEsystemresourceplatform,petrochemicalequipmentmanufacturingresourceplatformsixsubplatformlinkwiththeproductions.ItalsoaddstothecurriculumresourceswhicharemainlythroughtheWorddocumentintoWebpagemethod,fourexperimentsandquestionstodemonstratetheWebpageform,andthenaddslink.Thispaperprovidesaneffectivewaytoconsult,learn,teachandsoonfortheschoolstudentsandteachers.
