Abstract:
Theaimofthisstudywastoinvestigateandunderstandthecleaningmechanismofhouseholdultrasonicdishwashers.Theexperimentconductedaseriesoftrialstoevaluatetheeffectivenessofultrasonicwavesinremovingfoodresiduesfromdishes,comparethecleaningperformanceofultrasonicdishwasherswithtraditionalwashingmethods,andanalyzethefactorsaffectingthecleaningefficiency.Theresultsshowedthatultrasonicdishwashersareanefficientandconvenienttoolfordishcleaning,providingadeeperunderstandingofthecleaningmechanismandpotentialapplicationsforfutureresearch.
1.Introduction:
Inrecentyears,ultrasonictechnologyhasgainedincreasingattentioninvariousfields,includingthecleaningindustry.Ultrasonicdishwashersutilizehigh-frequencysoundwavestogeneratemicroscopicbubblesthatagitateandliftawaydirt,grease,andfoodresiduesfromdishsurfaces.Thisstudyaimedtoexploreandevaluatethecleaningmechanismofultrasonicdishwashersforhouseholduse.
2.Methodology:
2.1EquipmentandMaterials:
Householdultrasonicdishwasher,traditionaldishwashingequipment(sponge,detergent,andwater),dirtydisheswithfoodresidues.
2.2ExperimentalProcedure:
-Preparation:Collectasetofdirtydisheswithfoodresiduestobecleaned.
-Experiment1:Cleanthedishesusingtraditionaldishwashingequipment(sponge,detergent,andwater).
-Experiment2:Cleanthesamesetofdishesusingahouseholdultrasonicdishwasher.

3.1ComparisonofCleaningPerformance:
