1.Introduction
Underwateropticalcablesareresponsibleforcarryingvastamountsofdataacrossoceans,connectingcountriesandcontinents.Astechnologyadvances,thedemandforhigherdatatransmissionspeedsandgreaterreliabilityincreases.Theimportanceofoptimizingthestructuralparametersofunderwatercablescannotbeoverstated.Thispaperpresentsamathematicalmodelthataimstodeterminetheoptimalvaluesforcablematerial,diameter,insulation,andprotectionlayers,takingintoconsiderationexternalenvironmentalconditions.
2.LiteratureReview
Previousstudieshavefocusedonvariousaspectsofunderwateropticalcables,includingsignalpropagation,stability,andprotection.However,mostofthesestudieshavenotconsideredtheoptimizationofstructuralparameters.Ourproposedmathematicalmodeladdressesthisresearchgapbyprovidingacomprehensiveapproachtooptimizecabledesign.
3.MathematicalModel
