Abstract
TheMarineScienceComprehensiveInvestigationShipisavitalplatformforscientificresearchandinvestigation.Thedesignoftheliftingandloweringfinplatesystemplaysacrucialroleintheoverallperformanceoftheship.Thispaperpresentstheresearchonthedesignandoptimizationoftheship'sliftingandloweringfinplatesystem,includingthedesignofthefinplates,thehydraulicsystem,andthecontrolsystem.Theresultsindicatethattheoptimizeddesignoftheliftingandloweringfinplatesystemcanimprovethestabilityandmaneuverabilityoftheship,andthehydraulicandcontrolsystemscaneffectivelycontrolthefinplate'smovements,meetingtherequirementsofthescientificresearchmission.

1.Introduction
TheMarineScienceComprehensiveInvestigationShipisaspecialshipdesignedforscientificresearch,observation,andexplorationofmarineresources,anditisanessentialplatformforthedevelopmentofmarinescienceandtechnology.Theship'sperformanceandstabilityarecrucialfactorsinthesuccessofscientificresearchmissions.Amongthem,thedesignoftheliftingandloweringfinplatesystemcansignificantlyimprovetheship'sstability,whichisthecriticalfactoraffectingtheefficiencyandaccuracyofscientificresearchmissionsontheocean.
2.DesignoftheFinPlate
Theliftingandloweringfinplateisanessentialdeviceforimprovingtheship'sstability,andthesize,shape,andangleofthefinplatehaveasignificantimpactontheship'sperformance.Throughcomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)simulationsandexperiments,theoptimaldesignofthefinplateswasobtained.Theoptimizeddesignoftheliftingandloweringfinplateincludesthreemainconsiderations:theshapeofthefinplate,theangleofthefinplate,andthepositionofthefinplate.
