I.HistoricalDevelopmentofBillsofExchange:
1.OriginandEvolution:TheconceptofbillsofexchangecanbetracedbacktoancientMesopotamiaandtheRomanEmpire.Overtime,billsofexchangeevolvedasamechanismtofacilitatelong-distancetradethroughthetransferofcommercialcredit.
2.AdoptioninChina:DuringtheTangDynasty,Chinabeganadoptingbillsofexchange.ThisadoptionwasduetoincreasingtradealongtheSilkRoadandtheneedforasecureandefficientpaymentsystem.Throughouthistory,China'sbillsystemhasundergonevariousreformsandrefinementstomeetthechangingeconomiclandscape.
II.LegalFrameworkofChina'sBillSystem:
